A telephone help line is available every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
to resolve many problems without systematic recourse to sending
in a technician.
To keep up with the new technologies developed by the manufacturers,
our technicians are regularly sent on training courses. These training
courses take place at the manufacturers, at their plants (France,
Japan, Spain, England).
